The honey is so good, it keeps me from having to go to doctors all winter; either Sun Harvest honey and hot water, Sun Harvest honey and green tea, or the BEST: Sun Harvest honey, touch of Irish whiskey, fresh lemon (or lime) to taste and hot water.
